Home Care

We specialise in home care scheduling. All the geolocation, electronic call monitoring or time and attendance tracking, payroll and reporting tools to control and retrieve the home care information you need quickly and easily. Store any information you want on clients with the user defined form (including documents or care plans).

Geographical location based scheduling is used throughout the system. Candidate employees are labeled with travel distances from their previous and next visits. They are shown in pink if they do not have enough travel time. The optional automated system minimises travel. The payroll system includes optional travel expenses calculations.

Find the best employees for a clients easily with the unique, percentage based, employee attributes system. If Marty prefers visitors to be female and can talk about football and cars you can specify this as percentage requirements. If Emmett never wants to be visited by Buford again you can have negative attributes that make this never happen. Attributes double as a training or complience check store including expiry dates and associated certificates or documentation.

Truly Unique Graphical Timeline

Plan staff rotas with a graphical timeline view. Blue working hours overlaying green on-call and grey available ones. Just draw the blue shifts or visits over the grey availability boxes for each employee. Do almost all scheduling from this single view.

Ah, the traffic light colours for candidate employees too! They mean the same thing as the lines do. We also see employees' percentage attribute match scores, their static preference score, travel distances, how often they visit here and whether they are available. Let's pick Gandalf, as he has a 89.6% attribute match score, he has no pressing travel constraints and has done 25% of the shifts or visits here in the previous 6 weeks. The guide does say he is not available, but this is just a guide and not enforced like leave is.

We are using our "artistic traffic light licence" again for the colour gold which means they are working already today (think gold for double shift as they will get lots of money).

Note employees will not appear in this list if they are not in the correct location or role.

"What's that orange dot for? It's orange so it must be a warning". Yes it is... if we slide out the time and attendance panel from the bottom we will see why.

Traffic Light Colours and
condensed Information get the Job Done

In the reassignment canditates panel you get a list of available and unavailable staff to select. Discover at a glance who has other shifts that would clash with certain selections and which selections are very close to other shifts.

With the automated system you can create rotas in just a few clicks. You define the required time ranges and roles that need to be filled, it assigns the staff based on availability and many algorithm factors. Colours help finish the job when it allows you to change who was selected.

In the timeline view blue is for working, red is for unassigned, yellow for absence or sickness, orange for cancelled and green for on call.

Full Control Over User Access Rights

Design your access policy as simply or as complicated as your business rules are. From a simple scheduler / non scheduler model to systems involving third party companies accessing a portion of On Schedule and it's data. The latter is ideal for employment agencies wishing to give some access or control to clients.

Access barriers.

There are several access levels. Schedulers (managers) can view and edit the whole application. Non schedulers (staff) can mostly only view information with very limited editing rights - they can enter their own availability. You have full control over what restricted users can see and edit. Non users finally can be scheduled in the system but cannot login. Oh yea... clients can login and view their schedules too.

The controlled resources are pages, employees, locations and clients and places. More recently, the empire strikes back, you now have 30 ish additional settings to control exactly what restricted users do... Control your users like Vader and chums control the galaxy with settings like "can assign staff" but "can't change shift or visit times".

Time and Attendance Tracking

Mix and match tracking by phone call (electronic call monitoring), via Android mobile app with GPS or by a key fob punch system. It can be used as a flexitime system or to confirm pre determined shifts.

A traffic light colour coded light board and a timeline view tracks who is late or absent. Optionally receive email and SMS message alerts.
